Privacy Policy

Last updated: November 5, 2026

Nexus Licensing Group, LLC ("Nexus," "we," "us") operates this website. This policy explains what information the site collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information We Collect

When you use our Contact form, we collect your name, email address, message, and selected inquiry type: general or licensee inquiry.

When you use our Become a Client form, we collect your full name, institution, and email address, along with any title, phone number, and message you provide. These submissions are treated as prospective client inquiries.

We record when an inquiry is submitted and information about its notification delivery, including notification status, delivery errors, and the notification time when recorded. Our forms also process submission timing and a hidden automated-spam check.

Services used to operate the website may receive technical information when your browser requests content. For example, Google Fonts receives your IP address, requested resource, browser information, and referring page. Website error reporting may include the page address, error message, and technical diagnostic details. Usage statistics and embedded third-party content are described below.

How We Use Information

We use this information to respond to inquiries, manage resulting business relationships, operate and protect our website, and meet applicable legal obligations.

When you submit a valid inquiry, it is saved before we attempt to send email notifications to the Nexus team members responsible for that inquiry type. Your submitted details are included in those notifications. Your email address is used as Reply-To, rather than as the sender address, so our team can respond directly to you.

If a notification cannot be delivered, the saved inquiry remains available to our administrators, together with recorded notification status and error information.

We do not sell your personal information or add form submissions to marketing lists.

Spam Protection

To reduce automated spam and misuse, our forms use automated checks and submission limits. These checks use information associated with your submission, including your email address and submission timing.

Service Providers

We use service providers for website hosting, database storage, notification-email delivery, and operational support. These providers receive or process information needed to deliver their services, including inquiry details, email addresses, and relevant technical or delivery information.

Provider handling of information is governed by applicable agreements and their own terms and privacy policies. Information about our website platform is available in Lovable’s Privacy Policy.

Embedded social platforms are separate third-party services. Their handling of visitor information is described below and governed by their own policies.

Third-Party Content

Social posts from LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, or X may be embedded on our News page. When embedded content loads or you interact with it, those services may receive technical information about your visit and use cookies or similar technologies under their own policies. If you are signed into one of those services, it may associate your interaction with your account.

Their privacy policies are available here:

Maps on our About and Clients pages use map tiles provided by OpenStreetMap. Loading or interacting with a map sends requests to that provider. See the OpenStreetMap Foundation Privacy Policy.

Our website loads fonts from Google Fonts. See Google’s Privacy Policy and its Google Fonts privacy information.

External Links

License applications and licensee logins take place on BrandComply, a separate platform with its own privacy policy. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of sites we link to. Please review their policies before submitting information.

Website Analytics

Our website host provides usage statistics, such as visits, page views, referral sources, and visit duration, to help us understand how the website is used.

Nexus does not install advertising pixels on this website. Embedded third-party content may nevertheless use its own cookies or tracking technologies, as explained above. Those services’ practices are governed by their own privacy policies.

How Long We Keep Information

We retain saved inquiries and notification emails until they are no longer needed. This depends on the purpose of the inquiry, any resulting business relationship, and applicable legal or legitimate business needs.

Deleting an inquiry from the website database does not automatically delete notification emails or copies held by service providers. Requests for deletion are considered across these locations, subject to applicable law and information that may need to be retained.

Your Choices and Privacy Requests

You may ask us to access, correct, or delete personal information you have submitted. We may need to verify your identity before responding. Requests are subject to applicable law, and some information may need to be retained for legal or legitimate business purposes.
